When you make a purchase or exchange links with any site, has a sufficiently high PR, - it is unquestionably a superb super vehicle for raising your resource in the rankings and partially solves the problem called "optimization." However, it will work effectively only if the site which services to deploy links you use, really possesses the PR. If you decide to trust only the "green bar" counter PR, then you must notify (if not disappointing) that the banal "kidalovo" probably by a factor of "how lucky!" This is unlikely to be called a reliable guarantee! Is not it?
